Supporting The UKRCC

A FREE ONLINE RADIO SERVICE SUPPORTING THE UK RAGDOLL CAT COMMUNITY

After getting my first Ragdoll kitten, Dusty, I came across the United Kingdom Ragdoll Cat Community (UKRCC) and wondered how to give them much needed publicity and help to bring the charity to a greater audience, thus Rags Radio came to mind.

UKRCC currently have just 7 foster carers and need more across the UK. There are approximately 30 home assessors and they need more especially in southern England, Scotland, Midlands and Cumbria areas. If you can help either as a foster carer, home assessor or even a taxi service to collect and deliver these needy cats, contact Helen on the UKRCC site where all the information you need about volunteering, adopting or just more information about these beautiful cats can be found. A big welcome and full support will be given to all on the UKRCC forum.

This site is still under construction and more information and pictures will be added over the coming weeks so keep dropping in.

You can send us your cat piccies to be included in our gallery, they don't have to be Ragdolls, or make a request for forthcoming shows by emailing to:

We will also be having a few guest DJs adding their shows to Rags Radio so look out for them.

Clare has been busy putting together the UKRCC's first magazine.
She needs more Ragdoll related articles between 300 and 500 words, this can be anything to do with your Ragdoll, funny stories, scary stories, literally anything about your Ragdoll, please include a photo. Humourous agony aunt related questions, funny pic's of your Raggies for caption corner, pics of raggies for 'caught in the act' gallery, Raggie related puzzles/wordsearch. If you can send your finished article in word format or copy and paste into an email to ClareBear@ragsradio.com
